Thanks, Terri. I'm not sure this board gets many views. I tried to delete this thread, but couldn't do it. My dh just upgraded my computer to a newer version of Firefox, and now it's working.

I don't know what the original problem was, but your answer may have helped me. I came to ask if anyone was having problems loading pics with the SYI form today. I'll look and see if I need a browser upgrade because I use Firefox, too.

I agree with you. I think this board is too underused. All the the problems with policies/defects seem to be going to Private Stuff instead of here. If those were being posted here this board would get more notice.

Maybe this needs to be moved under the private umbrella of the clubhouse.

Just in case anyone else comes by with this issue...I finally had to change browsers to get the SYI form to work properly. According to Firefox I'm up to date, but I had to switch to Chrome. This kept happening to me yesterday too. I had to start the listing, save the listing, and open the draft in order to add pictures.

No exaggeration - half the time I go to print a label I get the system unavailable error. I can usually try again in 10-15 minutes, but that doesn't help me when I have a family member ready to walk out the door willing to take my package to the PO.

I can't print labels when I want, I can't list when I want. What am I paying fees for?

^^^^ Which is why I think a lot is posted to the private area that isn't really all that private. A LOT of members here use the recently updated/new view. Unfortunately.

I listed a truck load of Sell Similar and new listings last night on the SYI format and had no issues.

Used Firefox.

Just had some problems ending some listings that weren't seeing much action. Sell Similar was verrrry slow. Everyone must have the same idea with the listing special.

I'm still having a problem. On FF I can't add pictures to new listings or sell similar, so I've been using Chrome. Now today when I try (using Chrome) to do Sell Similar on an Unsold with an edit, I have no description coming up in the description box. I don't know how people who maintain hundreds of listings and have to list every day can put up with this crap.

I guess I'll check and see if I missed a windows update since FF says I'm up to date. This is ridiculous to spend more time looking for ways to work around the glitches than it would have taken me to list my 3-4 items.

Luckily these are only things I re-took some pics of and/or need a small edit in description. So if absolutely necessary I can just bulk re-list and deal with the tweaking later. If I can.

I got my descriptions back using Chrome. Still can't open picture uploader with FF. I'm up to date with everything. I don't mind using Chrome occasionally, and at least I already had it up and running and didn't have to download it just for this. But it's still a pain to move back and forth. If I still paid hundreds of dollars in fees I would resent every penny.

I tried using Sell Similar and Relist this morning on FF and couldn't get any changes to save.  I only had a few so I did them one by one and they were fine.

That's what I was trying to do today - re-list with sell similar and make changes. A couple of listings needed new pics and a couple needed a change in selling format from auction to FP. Wasn't happening. I was able to re-list as Sell Similar two more listings that didn't need changes. But since I only had 6 and 4 needed changes I was doing them one by one anyway.
