My buyer bought two items that I'd like to ship together. She has paid an enormous price to ship the two separately. Etsy's "help" pages are the worst--they make eBay look sentient. Is there a way that I can combine the two and get them to accept the same tracking number for both? I'd like to refund some of her shipping. Is there any way to do a partial refund with Etsy? If not, I can always refund her in cash in the package. TIA

For partial refunds go to the item on the order page and under the little mail truck icon you'll see three dots - hover over that and you see the refund option. Just go in and issue the refund - it'll even give you the option to mark "refunding shipping overage" or something like that.
You can just enter the same tracking number on the second order and mark it 'shipped'. I always print out the invoices after I've refunded shipping overage so it's reflected on the invoice.
Their help pages are pretty awful.
