On a LV bag I sold. She wants a partial. I told her to send me photos. Anyone have experience with a problem buyer and Poshmark?

This bag went through the authenticate process, which means that Poshmark got the bag and looked it over before sending it on.

That is what assumed. She is sayng that the corners of the bag show wear and the handle is all scratched up. I looked at the photos and there is no wear on those corners. My thought it, if they are handling the bag and authenticating it, they are also looking at the listing to compare. If it was NAD, they would have seen it.
I really think she is just a scammer trying to get a partial. She sent me a message asking for a partial on the listing. She wanted my email address. I cant give it to her, system wont let me.

I think what I would do is tell her to send her photos to Poshmark since it's a violation to exchange emails or phone numbers on their platform. Only thing is, as far as I know she would have to open a return request to do so. Kind of risky way to call her bluff. Has she already accepted? If so, she's out of luck.
eta: If you do want to give her your email, you can reply that it's in your bio (add it under the website field) and then delete it as soon as she sends it. I have seen other conversations where they reply to email address requests were simply, "Up top" or "See bio".

She has not accepted it yet. She wants me to offer a partiial while she is continuing to look it over. I responded to her post on the listing. She has 3 days. Either make a return request or allow the 3 days to expire and they will release my money. Poshmark had this bag in their hands and looked at it. They can deal with her. No partials.

Definitely a partial fisher and a seasoned one. Because sure, why not, technically NOTHING but your decency stops you from whining a little about every single item you get. A bet a lot of people cave in.

Honestly, I can only imagine the amount of PITA people who sell high end get. My issue with Posh today: I had a listing removed because it was reported as "inauthentic", and I got a whole pestering email from Posh about it. The brand in question is Modcloth. Yep. Prolly a competitor with the same item in the same size.

Geez - I think Wally World owns Modcloth. Inauthentic?

Heh - didn't get her way. That's a cool program they have at Posh - I'm beginning to think more and more the 20% commission and all the best offers aren't such a bad deal.
