When will premium phone support and live chat be available?
During the beta group, support representatives will be available by phone and live chat seven days a week, from 8am to 12am ET. Wait times may vary depending on calls. All other Etsy Help tools, including the Help Center, will operate as usual.
What languages and countries will be supported?
At the moment, the beta test will be available only in English to sellers in the US, Canada, and Mexico.
How will I know if I’m part of the beta group?
If you’re selected, we’ll contact you when the beta tools are available in your Shop Manager. Spots are limited, and we’ll update you as they become available.
Is it free to join the beta group?
Yes. While some of these tools may have a cost in the future, you can try them for free during the beta test if you’re selected to participate.
Can I discuss details of the beta with other sellers?
By joining this beta test you agree to not share information from the beta with anyone outside of the test group.
