How to report a buyer using profanity in emails?

I have a buyer using profanity in her messages to me.  In Ebay message system. I can't find a way to report her, even though it's a violation, and believe me she deserves a slap.

She didn't want to pay via my terms.  She can't leave me feedback.

Anyone know how to do this?

ETA: I just looked at my messages from members, some of them have a "Report a Buyer" link next to a purple NEW button at the top. If you don't see that I'd try using the link above.
