I accept returns on Etsy. However, I listed an item that I don't want returned. I know the buyer is supposed to pay the return shipping, but it's very heavy, 16 pounds, and I don't want to take a chance in case the buyer fights having to pay return shipping due to a "perceived" issue.
If there is no way to do No Returns in a single listing, should I just state it in the description?
TIA

For those I just state No Returns somewhere that's obvious. I don't take returns on some things, either. Remember that the descriptions are all goobered up there now, so make sure it's visible.
ETA: I just checked out your shop (I check out everyone's shop) - you're the youngest looking grandma I've ever seen!

That's what I'll do then.
I've been blessed with good genes. I'm 62 and my husband is 70 and everyone thinks he's in his 50s.
I checkout people's shops too. Sometimes I wish I was more tech savvy so I could jazz up my stores more, but it is what it is.
Thanks as always for your help chap.
