i'm surprised the target audience was hip, urban millennials. i never got that vibe from Jet...not even a tiny bit.
and tbh, i also never saw them as a player. other places do it better--hard to compete with amazon and walmart anyway--i can see why walmart took the talent and left the rest.

I found out about Jet from the board here - I think someone posted they had litter on sale very cheap. Anyway, I ordered from them a few times using the new buyer discounts they offered and received some good deals.
After that I would compare their prices and they mostly came in higher than Walmart. After Walmart purchased them I didn't bother looking there anymore as prices were basically the same. Then I sort of forgot about them altogether.

I remember the litter run on Jet back when they first started. I think my UPS guy was ready to retire after hauling all that litter from the curb to my front door.
Never bought from them again after that because their prices were not competitive at all. Plus Chewy.com came along and they have some specials every once in a while.
