I have several paintings I would like to list on Etsy, but I'd like them to have a watermark in the listing photos. Does anyone know an easy way to do this?
(Keep in mind that I am tech challenged and need step-by-step instructions.)
Thanks!

Yes, it's easy, but I can't give you step by step b/c it depends on your photo software. Most photo editing software will have a watermark option. You can either look for it or post your software name here & someone will probably know.

I just use the Microsoft Office 2010 program that came with my Windows 7 computer.

IDK that one, but someone will probably know. You can either google or just starting pulling the dropdown options & seeing what's available. It would probably be an editing function, if it exists.

Unless you want to fiddle with it, if you like you can send the images to me and I can watermark them for you - sounds like this is a one-time project.
ETA: I have a bunch of photo editing software here - we have a shutterbug in the house.

Or just download Picasa, which is free. Chap is right, watermarking in Picasa is a cinch. I think Gimp is free too, though I haven't used it & don't know how ez it is to watermark in it.

Thanks. When I get some time, I'm going to look into Picasa more.

I use Picassa daily. The straightening tool ALONE is worth it (I have a wonky mannequin).
