I vote long tunic. I'm 5'3 and I took a small tape measure and it hit upper middle thigh. And I'm small up top, so nothing big to go over. haha
I think it would look cute with some leggings.

Thanks, dante! That puts it into perspective.
If it hits that high on someone petite like you, I'll list it as a tunic sweater and leave dress out of it.

You could always add small dress to the title. If it were mine, I'd put it in sweaters - tunics. Keep in mind, I'm not the greatest clothing seller.

I thought it was a dress because on an average size Small I have usually seen tunics in the 27-30" range, while above the knee dresses seems to be in the 30-34" range, knee length approximately 36-38", etc.
I would list it in dresses, there is an IS on the dropdown for "tunic" dress category. I would also use both tunic and dress in the title. That looks like a nice dress for the office setting.

I am 5-2 and mostly legs and boobs, 34 inches hits me at a work length dress about 2 inches above knee. Summer dresses I can wear between 31-34 inches because I wear flats and show a little more leg when they are tan.

Use both when in doubt but list in the category you most think it belongs!
I did that yesterday with a dress that could pass as a tunic with leggings. Listed it and put that in descriptio
Sold in under a hour of listing

Thanks, guys. I listed it in sweaters, chose tunic as the dropdown IS and included dress in the title. I explained in the condition box that whether it would work as a dress or not would depend upon the height of the wearer and gave the length measurement. We'll see.
