Received a return from a Tradesy sale sent directly from the buyer to me. With a note saying it was too small. I'm debating whether to send it back to the buyer or forward it on to Tradesy, I do NOT want this back, took me 4 years to sell the damn thing in the first place.

I'd ship it to Tradesy. I cross out my address on the label and write "Tradesy" in magic marker over it. IAC, Tradesy is the one that issues the refunds and resells the stuff. I know it'll cost in $$ to ship and not sure what to say about that.

Make it look like the buyer sent it directly to Tradsey - I'd fill her name in as the return address. This way, if for some reason it doesn't make it to Tradsey, it will go back to her.
