So I"m finally taking a look in my car after relentlessly shopping to avoid the heat 2 weeks ago and happened across a huge bunch (79) of needlepoint canvases I tossed in my cart. Some have $50+ prices on labels, some not marked with maker. They're various sizes but none larger than 10 x 14; most are 6-8 inches. I got them for a very good price; how would you list them? When I bought them I thought I'd do one large lot. But now that I've looked at prices on eBay and online for similar things I'm not sure that's the best way to go. It would be easiest but I"d like to make a nice profit while moving them quickly to other crafters to enjoy. Would you sell them individually (I have a store), lot up similar themes... cats, fish, Christmas etc. or lot the whole shebang together and do one big auction? None have been started; all are in good condition. A few have instructions but none have yarn. WWYD? Thanks! Mods- if there's a better spot to ask this question feel free to move it for me. Thanks!

Maybe try a test? Group a few by theme and see if you can get a happy price?
Personally, I would list one by one. Less of a chance of a scammer saying "hey I didn't get my butterfly kit with the insect package".

I would also list separately. Whatever doesn't sell in 3-6 months or so can be lotted up by theme or however. I've been listing kits and they are so much faster to list than clothing.

I don't know much about needlepoint buyers, but since the kits are incomplete (missing yarn, some instructions) grouping them by theme sounds like a good plan. If there are any big name woohoos ( like these) I'd sell those separately.

@newenglandnew is my go-to person on this - maybe she will check in.

These are not kits. Needlework shops sell a lot of individual canvases with colored pictures but no thread or instructions.

Right, they're not kits. I think there's 3 or 4 that are in a ziploc-type bag with instructions and cute button or charm to embellish with. Otherwise they're just the design printed on stiff canvas; I'm not sure which are printed and which are hand painted. Looks like I have a research project ahead. At least it's going to be a good season to list needlepoint stuff, especially the Christmas ones.

Oh, I see - I thought they were incomplete and wouldn't be worth as much. Good luck!
