Oh my. ABC went to town on the season opener of 9-1-1. LMAO!!!! It's almost as good as the volcano episode on 9-1-1 Lonestar. Oh crud! I forgot to watch that. Rats! You can watch it Paramount+ if you have a streaming subscription.

I hope everyone is doing well!
We're in our strangely warm, sunny period and the roads are filled with dogs walking their people, bikes, skateboarders, runners, etc. I'm going to try a two mile run on Sunday, but unfortunately it will be on a treadmill in the gym so I can stop if I need to - IAC, it'll will warm me up for weight lifting. The DH emphasized that we CAN go up to Whatcom Cty so I can do the beautiful Birch Bay road race (and he do a nice ride up there and meet me at the finish line), we just need to get our taxes in beforehand. Since we always pay, it's always kind of last minute filing. I'll be slow since I'll have to walk part of it, but TBH, at this stage of the game, one does well to just show up lol.
Mid-week we're back to upper 40s and rain.

denise15601, I also get very low blood pressure, almost daily. It's a very uncomfortable feeling that I can't really describe very well. Sometimes I try walking energetically in the house to try and raise it and sometimes that helps a little bit.

Sometimes I try walking energetically in the house to try and raise it and sometimes that helps a little bit. Have you had this checked? My chemo messes up my BP and actually makes it high. But if I eat a normal meal-like a can of soup or a sandwich, I have a sudden BP drop and it feels like I just ate a huge holiday meal.
It might also help to drink a lot of water.
My doctors thought I had hypoglycemia, and maybe I do. But I cut way back on sugar and carbs, and still have the major drops.
I do take a BP med and beta blocker in the evening if my systolic is over 100.
After I fainted over a year ago, I had everything possible checked and am okay. I was also having kaleidoscope vision events if I ate too much sugar.
How's your glucose? Mine is fine. You might want to look up postprandial hypotension to see if you also have that.

I watched the first show of this season and it wasn't that thrilling. Then I just saw the preview of this week's coming show and that one is unreal! So I thought that I missed it.
So you only saw episode one?

It's a two-parter and starts out with a fighter jet crash landing into a house and ends with Athena & Bobby on a cruise with interesting developments. Are you sure we watched the same episode?

denise15601 , I have low blood pressure in general but it can go very low sometimes. Doctors have said to eat more salt, but salt is a factor in blood pressure for only a minority of people, and it doesn't seem to make a difference for me. I don't have blood sugar issues, but I very rarely eat sugar.

That is what I saw. But the previews for this Thursday are disturbing. I don't know why I missed watching that program since I really like the characters.

I don't have blood sugar issues, but I very rarely eat sugar. My sodium is always low and I am supposed to eat more salt.
Does your BP go lower after you eat? In my case, when I try to digest food, not enough blood gets to my heart. When this started a year and a half ago, I would have vision changes and dizziness. But now, I just get very tired.
I have a hard time eating just a little bit when I am still hungry. So I have to work on that. My daughter is cooking on Easter and will have at least 20 dishes since she always go way overboard. That will be a problem.

Yes, it's worse after dinner. Your daughter must be quite a cook. I can't imagine preparing 20 dishes.

I am a plan-ahead kind of person.
