I put a Coach handbag on auction with a low starting bid. It had some issues but nothing horrible. Worn corners and some light stains were described and shown in pics. A buyer had the winning bid but never paid. Ebay cancelled the transaction and I relisted. The thought crossed my mind to block her but I didn't. I listed the auction at a slightly higher starting bid. The auction ended and the same woman won the auction at a price 50 cents higher than the previous auction! I sent her an invoice right away. Today I contacted her and nicely explained that the handbag was ready to ship I simply needed her to pay. Is it wise to remind her that I didn't appreciate her non-payment the first time around and that I don't want a repeat situation? Or something along those lines. Or just stay quiet and hope for the best? Any suggestions? Has anyone been in a similar situation? Thanks!!

No need for any further contact. She either pays or she doesn't. Reminding her of anything that previously occurred is not going to make any difference to her. Don't send any more invoices.
Add her to your BBL right now. Better late than never.

That's really annoying. I agree with Kritter. And please post her ID on the BBL thread so the rest of us can block her, too.

I agree to avoid saying what you really want to. (Hard decision for me). I think that she should have at least told you what happened the first time.

How incredibly annoying of her to do it twice!
