I saw it too. I changed it but it keeps coming back. It happens with China alot too. Ebay has paused all shipping to Russia and is not allowing them to purchase from the US. So it wouldn't go through anyway. But still unsettling.

I suspect eBay has screwed up yet again - the joke in dev circles is that if you can't get a job coding for anyone else, eBay will hire you.

Make sure to check your accepted countries in your general shipping specs, not just the individual listings. If Russia is not approved there, it shouldn't let Russian addresses purchase even if the listing says it will; at least that is what I suppose/hope. Yes, eBay must hire the dregs of the IT pool.

I only want to ship international through the GSP system so I contacted Ebay for Business on Facebook and this is the response they sent:
If you go to your Shipping setting, and click to Edit your excluded locations, you’d need to check all international locations. This will ensure international orders won’t be shipped by you directly, and will instead go through Global Shipping. ~Mel

Hmmmm...I ship GSP only but I don't ship to every country. In fact, I ship to a very select group where I think the postal systems are more reliable. Not Russia, China or Italy for example. I hope that person isn't correct but I've had so few purchases lately it's hard to tell.

It's a glitch, been reading about it on the Ebay boards. Should not actually ship to Russia, since that's shut down.
