I had someone offer me $15 on a coat that I have listed for $45 on Poshmark. It's the 3rd time she's offered the $15 so I looked up how to block her. (I've countered in the past and she countered another lowball amount.) I barely got her blocked, and the item sold for the full price of $45. It is not her ID that purchased it, and the ID I blocked says she's in Washington state. The shipping label has it going to Illinois. Coincidence?

I haven't shopped on Poshmark in awhile, but are offers visible to everyone like asking other questions on left side of the page? If so, maybe the IL buyer read the comments and figured it was time to buy before you countered again and she accepted.

I think there's a pop-up that says someone made an offer on such and so an item - that may have gotten your other buyer into gear.
Sorry - that notification is on items one is watching.

I think it was a coincidence and love when that happens.
I have a hard time not being snarky with the low-ballers. I did send a LOL to one low-baller.

Well, that explains why it happened again tonight! I have two sizes of the same sweater, and I got an offer on one of them for 50% off. I countered the offer, and then the other size got an offer for only $5 (not quite 10%) off. I accepted it immediately!

It happens to me quite a lot. I love it! I have gotten messages as a buyer stating someone has made an offer on an item I liked so I had better hurry.
