I know some of you have them. How are they holding up? May buy a black and white one for printing some stuff. Been reading up. Some models are hard to find but it looks like Office Depot has some in stock.

I have the HL-L2395DW and I like it. It came with toner that lasted me about 6 months. Then I bought a 2pack of generic brand toner on Amazon for like $30 about a year ago and I just replaced the first one the other day, so I get about a year per cartridge. Mine is wireless and has a scanner, too. I paid like $120 for it from Best Buy.

I have the 2370DW, and I am very happy with it. The one I had before was not wireless so I got this one maybe 1 1/2 to 2 years ago and have had no issues with it whatsoever. I don't know if it scans or not--I try to stay away from all that "technical" stuff haha

I ended up with the one Jeremy bought. I was trying to stay on the lower end of the price scale as I already have a scanner and a Canon ink jet. Of course the coupon codes didn't work and then they tried to help me and I got irritated. Bought it at Office Depot. Should be here in a few days. The 2370 was cheaper, of course but decided to go with the 2395. www.officedepot.com/a/products/957941/Brother-HL-L2395DW-Wireless-Monochrome-Black/

I usually purchase the Brother printers for small business, but I've never had one wear out on me - I end up upgrading (we needed a colour laser) and 'adopting' out my old still very operational one - the DH's one lasted over 10 years and was still going strong and that included being used for bulk copying for bike events. Mine lasted over 10 years when I swapped it out.

The price was $220 or so total. Set it up last night. I Like it. Diagram on where to put the cartridge was screwed up but I figured it out.
Thanks!

When you see the indication to change the toner, take out the toner cartridge and gently shake it and then rock it from side to side and re-install - that should get you a lot more life on it.

I am very glad I bought this printer. Thanks again for the recommendations. So easy to print on both sides.
