I'm having issues using Firefox, even thought I just updated and have the latest version. For instance, I cannot use it to submit DH's unemployment voucher, it just won't go through. And today I tried to list my car on Facebook Marketplace 3 times and it kept saying something like "Oops! Can't do that right now...try again later." On both of these issues, I went to Internet Explorer and they went right through. I've had no problems with Ebay, Etsy, or Poshmark.
I have an older computer, probably 4 or 5 years old. Could this be the problem? Or is there some kind of setting I can look for on FF?
Any help would be appreciated!

The only thing I can think of is either content blocking is interrupting some scripts (the content block is a newer feature in FF) or you've got some corrupted web content somewhere. It sounds most like a problem with scripts running, though: Content blocking ---->this is for older versions but explains how it works. Updated tracking protection ---> newer version

I get the same thing when I try and reply to emails at different times of the day. I switch over to Chrome and the email goes through so I know it is not my computer. It is Firefox.
I think it has something to do with the latest version of FF. Same thing with their "correcting" suggestions on my emails. I keep yelling "Stop it" at my computer.

There's 2 aspects to compatibility, referred to as downwardly compatible (the one that tends to 'get' us on the internet) & upwardly compatible, basically compatible with what your product did in the past & with older platforms & interfaces vs compatibility with future platforms & interfaces.
I personally have not installed the new version of FF, but the gist of it is, that with any new version of anything, the websites may be using aspects of FF (or whatever) that are now gone or changed & it may take the website awhile to catch up to the new version of the browser. This is very standard for browser releases, as there are millions of websites using them. Generally it just takes awhile for websites to catch up to the changes. Since you're describing problems in multiple places, that's probably it. It could also be an error in the new browser itself, but that's less likely. It is probably not downwardly compatible with those websites or functions. That may be intentional or unintentional.
I remember one release of IE that wreaked havoc a few years ago on EBay & we all had to turn on 'compatibility mode' to make it work.

LOL Plus FF keeps putting up the little red flag on my Outlook Mailbox to show me I have new mail but it keeps faking me out because there is never NEW mail.
I need to stick with Chrome for my Outlook mail.

It's doing it on another site tonight. I just wanted to ask the company a question about one of their products, and I had to checkmark the Capcha box. After I did the the little spinning circle just spins....and spins....and spins....

Do you think some ebay people have gotten jobs with Firefox? I think so.
