Those why still there, need to be aware of their "new and improved" return policy. From now on item will be returned back to you for all kinds of reasons, not just when it was SNAD (or allegedly SNAD), including when item was priced below $150. I am having a Max Mara suit returned to me. I spend almost $15 on its shipping, which is nobody going to refund me. So, I will be closing the store there. Barely anything ever sells anymore, and I do not want to worry about losing money on shipping. So, if you're still selling there, be aware.

I was reading about this on reddit - it's just bollocks - the 'fair price' mostly. I've pulled off, too - they do too much diddling with finances and nothing has sold there, either - they're pushing the same old stuff everyone else is, anyway. Why not just do regular returns like everyone else and quit burning through overhead diddling with this stuff?
<<Return evaluation process
When a buyer isn't happy with their order, we allow them to return their item to Tradesy. Our team of experts evaluate the item to ensure that the item was listed accurately, sold at a fair price, and complies with our returns requirements (details below) and Terms of Service. For items that meet these requirements, Tradesy allows the seller to keep their earnings, and takes possession of the item. For items that fall outside of our requirements, we send the item back to the seller, and earnings are not released.
As a marketplace dedicated to protecting both buyers and sellers, we're committed to reviewing every claim carefully and working with both parties on a fair resolution.
Return requirements
Your item may be returned to you if:
You failed to ship within 10 days of sale confirmation

The item contains materials that are restricted or illegal to sell under applicable law, statute, ordinance, or regulation (e.g. python leather or other endangered or protected species of wildlife.)
The item is a Clothing item priced at or below $150

Fair Market Price cannot be determined. Tradesy most often cannot determine Fair Market Price for the following item types:

The item is in an unapproved product category such as:
Electronics (e.g. Fitbit, Apple Watch)

Packaging such as dust bags, boxes, and shopping bags >>

Oh, crap. Their "fair market" is very low. I guess they don't think they can resell a return that is sold for more. All of my pieces are listed at more than their "fair market." And, of course, I have all sorts of jewelry that is not on their usual designer list. I've been selling more there lately. I hope it doesn't bite me on the butt.

I closed my Tradesy closet a long time ago. After not days or weeks but MONTHS without a sale, I figured it just wasn't worth my time.

Translation:
We'll keep the returned item (and you keep your money) if we think we can sell it for more on the site or in our eBay store. If we don't think we can resell it, we keep the money and you get the dud item back.

I love that idea of considering if it's a "fair price." They know the price before they purchase which proves they considered the price "fair."

That stinks Makin! I've been selling a decent amount there and no problems lately (knocking on wood) so I will stay for now. Most of what I sell is fairly lightweight so if I get a return it won't hurt too much, I may pull my shoes off though...

Ugh, I just had a sale there yesterday. Not a high $$$ item, thankfully, but I've had it for ages and really don't want to ever see it again.
Thanks Makin for posting this!
