I've been finding a lot of plus size pieces lately and it's nice stuff. I was surprised to find it's a Target line

S-l-o-w seller. I can barely give it away. And it is pretty nice.

I've only sold it once, plus size tankini top. Sold quickly & respectably - $23 for the top only, but b/c it's Target, I don't really pick it up unless it's something special. I remember being bummed when I looked up the bathing suit to find out that it was Target, b/c it was pretty cute.

I love modal/rayon blends and the Avi and Viv ones I have are made with cheap fabric. Even before washing I could feel pilling starting.

I've even had that happen with CHico's that I bought for myself, retail. I love rayon, but if it pills from a purse strap, before you've even washed it, that is really NOT ok!

I made the mistake. Once. I pass it up ALL the time. TS here are flooded with it.

Because the GW stores in my area have so much new Target merchandise, I often see multiples of the same style in the same as well as different colors. Once I found new items on the same rack with a pre owned iteration of the same item. A comparison of the two revealed the fabric did not wear well. Since the line is only 2 1/2 years old, any used piece is that or less. i found this honest and funny review of the line, posted soon after it was introduced. millihelen.jezebel.com/i-tried-on-targets-new-plus-size-line-so-you-dont-have-1692468462

How ironic. Some of what that reviewer didn't like I liked, and some of what she liked looked like crap on her body shape. I've only been buying pieces with cute prints and nice flow to the fabric, so that might be why it's been selling. I consider it a B&B brand though (even before I knew it was Target) and I price it accordingly. The pieces I've found, the fabric didn't feel cheap except for the rayon and rayon blends (which were crap and would most likely shrink - I'm really picky about the rayon I buy for resale on eBay).

It's relatively inexpensive and plentiful at Target. I've only ever sold one item - a long striped skirt, and for not very much money. I picked it up because it was NWT, plus size and 50% off at Savers sale. I personally own 1 piece, an anorak jacket w/ hood that I use as a rain coat. Nicely made for the price. But no something I look for for resale.

I like that the reviewer is an aspiring CCL.

I've sold a number of pieces of it but the rest that I have (probably 3-4 more) are going out with donations at the end of the summer. It's the jackets that I did best with. I don't pick it up anymore.
