What a pretty kitty.
It would seem like the box would have weighed a lot more with a cat inside than just DVDs.

I don't understand how it could happen. I get cats like boxes, that part I understand. But you don't pack DVDs with a ton of extra room in the box. So there wouldn't be a lot of extra room in there for the cat to fit and it would have to be on top of the dvds so how could the person not see the cat? Then on the slim chance they didn't see it and they had all this room in the box for the dvds to just flop around while they were shipped why would the cat not make a sound the whole time it was in the box? Could it not meow? It should have been yowling really loud and for at least part of the trip the box would have been handled by hand. There is no way a human wouldn't have heard that cat in the box and wouldn't have felt the cat shifting around even if it was wedged in there pretty tight trying to get out of the box.
The whole thing makes no sense to me.

Really weird sounding to me too.
I can't imagine a cat not scratching or thrashing around in a closed up box.

And I can't imagine a box full of cat pee and poop not stinking up the mail so that someone would notice. LOL
