Uh oh, that is a bad stage. They have no idea what can happen to a silly brainless kitten.
Ursa likes to launch himself off the top of the cat tree and just assumes he will land safely somewhere. Scares the bejesus out of me.

LOL Trixie has been doing that too.
She knows how to get up on the cat trees but hasn't figured out how to get down so if I don't rescue her when she wants down, she just takes a dive off.

It's like they think they have built in capes and can just fly wherever they want.

Purrfect. That is exactly how they see their little selves. Trixie is snoozing on the top shelf of the cat tree now and when she wakes up, she won't even check to see if her cape is attached.

Fearless Ursa just pulled down the curtains in the kitchen trying to climb them. I know it was him cause I heard the crash and he came running down the hall and then waltzed into the bedroom all innocent acting. Sometimes I need to remind myself why I like kittens.

We need updated pix. He's the one with the unusual fur right?

Yep, he still looks like a little bear.
I will try to get some pics tomorrow when he's not being so wild and might actually hold still.

I have been a little concerned because it didn't look like Trixie's water bowl in her cage was being used. I never see her drinking either and she is not a good eater.
When I came home from errands this afternoon, I let her out of the cage and she beat feet into the kitchen and was drinking out of the Missy family's bowl. She hasn't figured out where their food is yet but it won't be long.
Guess she wants to be one of the big kids.

Trixie is being spoiled by Daisy and Lucy. She has both of them wrapped around her paws. I have some pics but haven't loaded them yet.
I put Trixie in the foster bedroom with Sabrina because the new kid in town is in her cage. He had a collar on to keep him from going after his wound but it was really dragging his head down so I took it off. I want to see if he will be OK with keeping the collar off.

Tabby, can I bring Trixie over to your house for a few days so she can get used to being around other people?
And as long as I am there, can we go to Sonny's for BBQ?

Sorry, Kritter, but even tiny Trixie can't tempt me to abandon the pet-free life.

If Trixie goes to Florida, I am taking her.
Maybe I can leave her on Tabby's porch.
That worked once, it might just work again.

Val, remember a couple of days ago when I told you that Tabby had the best smilies when you asked where I got the eye rolling one? This thread is bringing out some of her best ones.
