I can't see the second part at all. Is that the glass itself, or some sort of light reflection in the photo on the right half?
Anyway, any chance the first part could be Alex? Alesha?

It's the reflection, here are some better pics (the second one shows the 2010 after the name):

Much better!
I've tried searching every which way, but I'm coming up blank.
Like you said, it sure looks like the first four letters are CLAR
I was thinking what looks like the CL might be an A or an I because it's not connected to the L next to it, but that seems to be a dead end, too.

Try signaturefinder and enter in possibilities. Hopefully something that brings green will show up.

Ooo, signaturefinder is a neat tool! Thanks!
Didn't turn up this name, sadly.

I think it could be Alan or Carla with the "l" just being a part of a fanciful C. But I did a bunch of searches with no luck & unfortunately, all but the most famous artists' are notoriously bad at websites & website maintenance, etc.
eta: Just to be sure, I looked up Chihuly's signature, jic, but it's not his :-(

Oh, if only it was Chihuly... of course, if it was I'd probably get so excited I'd drop it!

I tried a few variations like Clarlatney, but couldn't find anything.

Wow, that sig is a mess! I was wondering about Dar something too. Since it's dated 2010 maybe do an art glass search using the date instead? That should only take forever.

FYI, guys this is a year old. She may still need the help, IDK, but I'm guessing not.

It's still sitting on my shelf, waiting for me to list it. I did some searching for names beginning with D, and also tried searching by the year but nada. I'm pretty convinced it's Cl-, though.
Thanks as always for the help!

FTLOG, lol! Well, did she find out what the sig is??? Nope. See above. I tried too but can't find anything. Maybe it was just made by some lone glass blower, not some big company.

NEN is probably right. Pittsburgh has a big glass school that teaches many classes (plus lots of individual artists and art/craft fairs all over the city), so it probably came from one of those and not necessarily someone well-known. No matter how hard I stare at it, I can't make the sig change to Chihuly

LOL! I saw a post from yesterday, and didn't look at the original date. I didn't realize we were celebrating the anniversary of the question!

I hope you do get it figured out. I get so sucked in by signature mysteries like this that I can see myself coming back here to stare at it.
Again. And again.
Gonna to say it's probably just a flowery version of "Smith" or "Jones" so I can leave now & go to bed.
