0FB seller, live auction event. They have 666 (yes really), items listed, including some really cool stuff. They seem to be out of Oakland, CA but, here's the rub, no shipping on anything. You have to pick it up or arrange for your own shipping. They have some companies listed who ship for them, but they are piano movers, fine art shippers, etc. I want to buy something & they are small enough to easily ship, but I see they even are selling jewelry & not shipping that.
Maybe that's normal for a real auction house? Why waste the money to list on ebay if you aren't gonna ship anything?
Anyone from Oakland, has maybe heard of them? I found a website & they seem legit, but how weird to be a 0FB seller, list 666 items & not offer shipping on even the small stuff.

I like their reviews on yelp; one says you'd do better going on ebay or craigslist yourself. Apparently, they used to be on bidsnipe but have nothing there now.

Just joined this month and they don't have selling limits? Or maybe they do and eBay deleted the listings. Who knows. You're right, the website looks legit. clars.com/

Their website may be legit, but how do we know that the new account really belongs to them.
Does ebay actually verify who a seller is anymore? Anyone could use an existing business name to open an account.
Since they had listings last night and have none this morning I would be concerned about if they are legit or not. You don't take the time to put up 666 listings and then just pull them.

Thanks all, the listings were legit. I noticed after I started the thread, that the live auction was last night. It was kind of unclear how much time I had since it was a live auction. Here are there very nice list of SOLDS from last night. It doesn't matter anymore, the item I wanted sold last night :-(. Live auctions work differently, so IDK all the rules. The bidding looks weird, cuz they all look like they are by the same person, but of course they're not b/c there are live bidders, phone bidders, etc (all the off ebay bidders), they had one piece go for 17K. They have such unique pieces, but I guess that's a real auction house's stock in trade. I wanted 2 pieces by a New Mexico artist actually, but when I woke up & asked my DH about transporting them, they had already sold overnight. www.ebay.com/sch/m.html?item=321839998732&nma=true&orig_cvip=true&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&si=ZoUq9Hhp5hhKFLl43mACSOVf0GE%253D&LH_Complete=1&LH_Sold=1&_ssn=clarsauctiongallery&_pgn=2&_skc=100&rt=ncwww.ebay.com/itm/321839998732?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
