I just watched it at AMC.com. Holey Moley what an episode.
Heck of a way to start the season. Can't wait for the next episode to see what the horn blowing is all about... maybe that Wolf gang?
It's a pain to watch on AMC, they show you 10-12 min of the show then 2 1/2 minutes of commercials. And it's the same commercials over and over and over again. I got smart and started doing chores during the commercials. So my bedroom is totally dusted and all the cat boxes are cleaned out.
oh I know it was so good! Maybe I'll watch it again on amc too! Yeah my guess is it is the wolves also that blew the horn, but can't wait to find out. My fave characters right now are Sasha and Aaron but he wasn't even on there last night. So they will probably die now. It seems all my favorite characters die. Bob, Tyrese, Hershcel... On another note, can't believe you said 67 hours! I've never thought about it like that. I have watched TWD 5 times since February. Yep 5 times. I did the math real quick and I am horrified at how much time I am waisting on netflix. That's not even counting all the other shows I've watched. I'm such a loser! lol.

Val there were some commercials I have seen on TV and some I hadn't. One of those stupid KFC commercials with the new Colonel Sanders was particularly annoying cause they showed it with every commercial segment.
Selfish - I was surprised about how many hours I had spent watching it. But it was worth it and I wish I had done it sooner. I don't want them to kill off anymore of my favorite characters, but I know it will happen. Have you ever heard Andrew Lincoln (Rick) talk in an interview? He is British and hearing his real voice is really strange.
Yes I have heard him in real life and I was pretty shocked. He does a really good job on the show with his accent. Maggie and Morgan are British also and maybe others I'm not sure. Oh my though, Maggie sounds horrible on the show and seems to get worse with every passing season. I think she sounds like she is talking with a mouth-full of rocks. lol. I still love her though!
Do any of you on FB know "Sister Pooh" Veronica-Pooh Nash Poleate? She caught my attention when she did the video that went viral about the ocean being the shark's house. Now I follow her and she does a country word or phrase of the day. I don't know if you have to be southern to appreciate it, but I think she's a hoot.
He can't really be dead can he? But how would he get out of that mass of zombies?
They are certainly not pulling any punches this season.
Gosh I don't know. I sure thought he was and cried a little at the end it was so sad. One of my friends later said he didn't think he was dead and thinks the zombies were munching on nicholas who was on top of him. If that's true I bet he can get out of it somehow. For such a big character that seemed like such a quick and sudden death. Beth and Andrea had huge buildups/stories before they died so for that reason I don't think he's dead! Crossing my fingers anyway cuz I don't want him to be gone! Next week is supposed to be 90 minute episode but I think it's only going to be about Morgan. I'm so over him at this point!

I think they were eating on Nicholas on top of him too, if he could get out from under him and roll under that dumpster he would be safe because he had gut stench on him and the zombies might overlook him. I would hate to see him gone, he is one of my favorite characters.
If they are sticking to the storyline in the comic then he will be ok as he has a big part in things later on. But they haven't strictly done that so far so who knows.
I don't like Morgans character much, but I don't think we are supposed to, he's not written as a likable character. I do like his storyline though and the crisis of conscience he is going thru trying to adjust to whats happened to the world.
But dang, if the next episode doesn't show if there was really a death and also what happens to Rick I will be holding my breath for yet another week!
If you're an Amazon Prime customer there is an excellent series called The Man In The High Castle. It's an adaptation of the novel by the same name by Philip K Dick. What if WWII had been won by the Axis? In the story Japan and Germany divide the US, Japan rules the western section, Germany rules the east, with neutral territory in between.
I've seen the first 2 episodes and the remainder of the episodes were released for viewing today.
We were going to a concert and staying overnight at the casino hotel. Eddie Money was performing in one of the lounges that night, so he and his band were staying overnight at the hotel, too. Eddie, his bandmate, DH and I ended up being in an elevator together going up to our respective rooms. Eddie introduces himself to us and shakes our hands. It was when his Geico Travel Agency commercial was running and DH asked Eddie if he'd made his trip arrangements through his travel agency. Eddie says "No! Why does everyone keep asking me that? I don't own a travel agency. It's a f*%#ing commercial." He was a riot.
