I apparently going to have more of a problem with excess cucumbers than I am with excess zuchinni. Unless the plant has finally decided to give me more girl flowers.
If that is the case, you all will be getting some.

Simple. Buy something with a pseudo I'd and get your address. The next thing you know you will be to your ears in squash.

Ha, I use a PO box, so it would be the POs problem. I've learned over the years how to avoid zuchinni. And I am never ever ever ever going to grow them again. They either flop or they start to take over the world.

Wait. I just realized mup said "A" zuchini.
Denise had "A" (an) asparagus.
I had "A" tomato last year.
I'm seeing a pattern here….

Don't feel bad about your single tomato from last year Val. I have yet to get a single one from the Purple Cherokee plant. But I have had at least 50 from the cherry tomato, so I still have you beat all to heck.

NO Val!! I had TWO asparagus! So there!
No hope for my zucchini, jsut read in today's paper that I should have put floating row covers over all of the squash to keep off the squash bugs, which are now killing the squash, along with the powdery mildew.
I have the row cover but was too lazy to cover it.
I was getting about 2 cukes and 2 yellow squash a day, but have a ton of green beans ready. But too hot to pick them today and now my chemo yuckiness is hitting....

Ummm Denise, cutting an asparagus in half doesn't make it 2 asparagus (asparagi?).

Nope, if you read back, I had a 13" one AND a 16" one. So there.

I have tomatoes! These are only cherry tomatoes but I have lots of green ones if I can nurse them to maturity - lots of blight due to lots of rain.

My men are as scarce as my asparagus. BUT! I picked these this morning. Also posted the pic on Chat so that none of the nay-sayers miss it. My first crop of green beans, and will have tons more in a day or two. Few more cukes-short and fat like me....and my first cherry tomatoes.

Forced myself to break and cook the green beans-heavenly!!! Hope my tummy likes them okay. The 4 cherry tomatoes killed my gums and the roof of my mouth....ouchie.
Good thing that I don't have many tomatoes yet, but need to go out tomorrow to pick more beans....sure hope my back feels better tomorrow.
Oh heck, I feel like I am 100!
