Val - those with potatoes would be really good since they would be more filling. And, potatoes are always good in anything! Too bad that my Ikea is about 35 miles away.

The veggie ones look like what I get at WM-Veggies Made Great. I love the chocolate ones of that brand, of course. The Veggies Made Great superfood veggie cakes are really good, but they're more veggie & egg. The Ikea ones are potato, veggie and cheese (no eggs) so it's a different taste and texture. They're both really good though and I usually have them in the freezer. I often have the VMG cakes for breakfast. Tasty fast breakfast that sticks with me for a while. Win/win! I'm ordering the last (I hope LOL) of my indoor Christmas decorations today. After that I have several business tax returns to do. But at least I don't have to constantly check email for client messages so I'm good with working today. Plus I'm taking Friday off for a nice long Labor Day weekend ![:D](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/grin.png) Can you believe it's Labor Day already? ![:o](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/shocked.png) I found a set of 3 raccoon ornaments. If they go on sale closer to Christmas, maybe I'll buy a set and give it to the apartment office for the office Christmas tree ![(rofl)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/rofl.png) Is DH getting a new desk, Chap, since you took yours back? A little 80s era computer desk down in the basement that right now has the band saw on it will come upstairs and be used for all the router/voip stuff that was on my small desk. The DH already has two desks in his own office - he took my little desk to load all of the networking stuff on, plus create some sort of sub-office for himself in the bedroom. When we married and I moved in, I just didn't ask, as I needed my huge desk for two computers and all of the rubbish required for all of my jobs, so he took the small desk. At one point we had six computers running on a home network and server, plus the network at his community college so he could manage the big databases there.
With that giant desk gone, I feel like I've turned a page in my life, because for about 15 years I worked so many jobs trying to patch together a living, and now it's done - I just have my part-time internet sales and the writing I'm doing.
