Have you tried searching the forum? I know there have been several threads about cross posting programs, the most recent started by Jeremy I think. I am livid. I finally called my insurance company to find out why I'm having to pay out of pocket for Rx that are on their in network tiered plan. Ends up the insurance company needs to "review my medical records" before they will cover the drugs. ROUTINE drugs for what I have, and ROUTINE drugs I've been taking for years, and ROUTINE drugs that ALL PRIOR INSURANCE PLANS COVERED with no questions. I mean come on, we're only talking high blood pressure meds and anticoagulants, not class IV narcotics. I knew I should have listened to my little inner voice and not gone with the company I did, but nooooo. Thank goodness I'll be on Medicare in 6 months and I can tell Oscar Health to go to he!!. I could probably ask my doctor to send Oscar my records, but I don't really want to make them do all that work when my coverage is changing in November anyway. Arrgggh. If any of you are in a market that offers Oscar, DO. NOT. USE. IT. OK. Rant over I've decided to look at the bright side - at least I'm in a position financially that I can afford to pay for the Rx and they're fairly inexpensive. Good thing I have some dark chocolate covered almonds to destress me

But what if you sell something thats listed on mulitple sites. Do you have to rush to end the one on Ebay if it sold on Mercari? Just listed something on Mercari BTW I hate the way they rate condition. It goes from nwot to good. The majority of what I sell is not nwot but way better condition than "good"

Just listed something on Mercari BTW If you are listing manually on each site, then yes, if it sells on one site you usually have to go into the other sites and remove the listing. Some of the cross posting apps will delete sold items for you though.

So those who are familiar with Mercari. Do you pay for your own shipping or do you have the buyer pay. Leaning towards buying my own label so that I can use Prirate ship. I don't have a printer but if I have 3 days then I can print at the Library.

Bliss-yes, you have to rush to your other sites and remove that item. That is the first thing that I do.
On Mercari, I use their labels, except for media mail. They don't have a media mail option.
I sure would buy a printer, if I were you! They are pretty cheap. Granted that the ink can be expensive, but if you are only using it to print labels, your ink will last a very long time.
On Posh, they have a great rate for Priority...$7.67 for up to 5 lbs. But they don't have a first class rate, which is insane.

Cost isn't the problem. The wifi password needs to be reset but cliff thinks it fine. He needs to call, I'm not on his account. I was printing A LOT of labels and went though a HP XL cartridge once a month which is why I got the Rollo

Wow! That's a lot of labels if you use so much ink!

Tell him that if he wants his dinner cooked and nightly bed privileges than he needs to make a call.
Seriously, you have to trek to the library to print labels because he won't make one telephone call?
What a jerk!

I haven’t had to do it yet. He offers to print things for me a work. The library it right next to the post office. It really would t be that big of a deal. I’d rather not have to do it though. If I nagged him enough he’d call. I’m not even 100% sure the password is the problem. That’s just where I got stuck when I was setting up the new printer that I bought a while back. Put the printer back in the box and have have t touched it since.

Ah,you must have been setting up the printer on wifi. That can be a real PITA. Can the printer be used with a USB cable by chance? I don't know about you, but my time is too valuable to be tied up with having to go to the library or wait for someone to print for me OTOH, most of my ex-BFs were fairly techie so they would have loved to help "little old me" set up the new printer

Yes… wifi print. I didn’t read anything in the instructions about using an A usb cord. We’ll I sold my first thing on mercari. That didn’t take long. I forwarded the email with the shipping label to cliff and he’ll print it tomorrow. I have 3 days to ship so I think that I can make it work for now. Another option would be adjusting the setting… I guess on my computer so that I can print with the rollo. It’s not formatted correctly. Works perfectly on pirate ship though.
Not sure how getting paid works on mercari. How long do I have to wait?

Ok. When I had my old Pixma, I had to plug in the USB first. After that the Wi-Fi worked. Maybe try that?

Most, if not all printers are sold with WIFI as the ADDITIONAL option. Most are made to work with a cord too. All you need to do is plug the printer into the wall electrical outlet and then take the USB cord and connect it between your computer and then to printer. Do what they tell you as it guides you along. Or just read the instructions for wired, most instruction books ask you how you want to hook the printer up, by wired or wireless. Just follow the instructions, it's very simple.
I can't believe you are emailing labels to be printed by another person at work. That's ridiculous, Bliss. If you're paying your part for use of the house including contents and use of the utilities, you have a right to have his cooperation in helping you get this resolved.
The longer you take in getting labels done and packages in the mail on other sites means you wait longer for your money. You don't get paid until the buyer gets the package and approves the sale, or you need to wait a full three days after the delivery date with no problems initiated by the buyer.

If they don't, Mercari automatically rates it and your money is then available. You will get emails from Mercari pertaining to the transaction.
Congrats!

It's really not that big of a deal to me. It's a new development since I'm trying to branch out, I have a rollo printer that works perfectly fine with Prirateship. Just need to work out a few kinks with getting it to print correctly on other venues. Like I said, I'm not even 100% sure that the wifi password is the issue and I need to look around for the dang thing. I put it in the box and stuck it somewhere. I noticed a QR code in the ship email from Mercari. I'm going to go stand in line at the PO with my package and see how that works. Hopefully it'll gerate a label and can get the package on it's way. Until we get it figured out, maybe I can do a mix of both depending on if something sells when he's a work. Having him print the label at work is silly easy as nothing needs to be done other than printing it and he doesn't mind doing it at all. 3 Sales on my main id yesterday and 2 on my little id... I have about 1700 more listing on my main ID than my little id. This is making me crazy. Today I guess I'll start moving more stuff over to Mercai and hope for the best. Update on the Mercai label, was the first in line when the PO opened. Showed the clerk the QR code that was emailed along with the link to print a label and voila... a label was magically gerated and slapped on the package. Confirmed the shipment on Mercari like I'm supposed to. Feeling a little better this Merari thing now.

I tried to lighten my hair to platinum yesterday but only made it to light yellow. Val - What you need is a toner in platinum. Back when I was young (and dinosaurs still roamed the earth ), two-stage blonding was in: straight bleach to take the hair as light as possible, and then a toner to select the actual shade you want. Best of luck. I hope you get the platinum of your dreams! 👍

Back when I was young (and dinosaurs still roamed the earth ), two-stage blonding was in: straight bleach to take the hair as light as possible, and then a toner to select the actual shade you want. I have dark blonde hair and in the past I haven't needed the two-stage method, just the bleach to the lightness I wanted. It's been years since I've done that though, using bleach & developer. The older I get, the more ash my hair has and it's hard to get the red out when I lighten it. These last two times I used an off the shelf box set (not as strong a developer) and rinsed the bleach off too early. I probably should have waited another 10 minutes or so the other day. I could bleach again to get the lighter shade but I don't want to put my hair through that again, so toner it will be. I did order some serious violet conditioning shampoo and conditioner that acts like a toner on bleached hair. It's supposed to be stronger than Shimmer Lights, which almost got all the yellow out yesterday. At least it's not orange this time Now THAT was hard to cover up. What I have now is an easy fix I have a really pretty light lavender pearl toner I could use if all else fails.

As my hair has gone more and more grey, now I naturally have a silver-beige shaded blonde that I love. ❤️
I used to put in a lot of time, effort and expense to get a color like this!
The texture would be better if I colored it - more volume and body - but I just can't give up all of this nice streaky shading.

I was printing A LOT of labels and went though a HP XL cartridge once a month which is why I got the Rollo BTW, you can extend the life of the HP cartridges by printing in draft quality and grayscale (sort of like black & white, normal black uses the color cartridges and the black cartridge). Another tip is to sign up for the HP Ink membership. You pick the level based on the number of printed pages you average per month, and unused pages can roll over to the next month. You're billed monthly on a credit card. If it looks like you'll need more pages than your plan, you can upgrade to the next level plan until your usage goes back down. HP automatically sends you an ink cartridge based on your usage and it usually arrives a week or two before you actually need it. I like paying a flat amount per month and not having to worry about running out of cartridge ink when I need it and having to zip over to Walmart or Target to pick up a new one.

I was always looking for good deals on Ebay and found them. Always had one extra on hand. Haven't had to buy any ink cartridges for probably 6 months or more. It's nice. I was so fed up with the printer that I bought, I might have even donated it. Still need to look around for it but if I can't find I'll get another inexpensive one. So far the system we have is working out. I can even print my owl label for Mercari through prirate ship but from what I'm reading, you lose some of the protections doing it that way. I spent yesterday listing on Mercari all day and this morning but I just reached their limit of 100 listing for newbies I guess and I can't list anymore until more things sell or people leave feedback. But I've had a total of 5 sales and a they were decent, two were even pretty good. Also had 5 sales on Ebay. Feeling slightly better.

Sell on eBay or wherever! They fetch way more than any credit or rewards you’ll get. Search virgin empty ink cartridges. Not sure if they all sell well but my 61 XL’s always went really quickly. Don’t underprice them.

Looks like prices are all over the place. I was selling mine in a lot of 12 in the $40-50 range. I guess it's only around $4 per cartridge but I'd rather have the cash in hand than anything else. I thought that Staples stopped giving checks for empty cartridges but I must be wrong or maybe they just give you credits. Seems like I used to get a check in the mail but this is going back many years.

Amazon screwed up another order. I just canceled it and ordered from another site. This is getting ridiculous. I may cancel my Prime Membership. I usually have more than the limit for free shipping w/o a Prime account anyway. I only have the Prime account for Prime Video. However, an even larger % of movies on the site are for fee, not free, and the majority of TV shows are now "free with commercials". Amazon also isn't honoring the 2 day Prime delivery schedule any more. I'm starting to think the membership isn't worth it.

blissfullymiserable , have you tried branching out to other marketplace sites? There are a lot of options now that let you list across multiple platforms and some are pretty reasonably priced. I haven't, lacking the motivation to tackle a learning a curve. I know that I really need to branch out though. Maybe next week when I'm sitting here with no sales and nothing to do... lol Do you have any links for lising across multiple platforms? I used to put my listings on Pinterest but haven't been keeping up with that either. I've hardly had any messages or GSP sales. Sending out dozens of offers everyday... nothing. Just all around weirdness at every turn. I don't even sign into the ap anymore or even check sales from the time Cliff gets home until the next morning when I need to ship. Always hoping they'll be some sales. So far it's one if I'm lucky. Sooooooooo not normal. Resellkit.app - It cross-lists to eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop and FB Marketplace. Minimal set up. It doesn't just randomly throw out info that it thinks should go, it takes you through each listing form and prefills info that it knows. You will sometimes have to change categories and a few other things, but it's very fast listing. I cross list from eBay to Mercari and FB and can do about 50 in about 30 mins. Once you get the hang of each listing form, it's very fast. You get 50 free listings every month and if that's all you need, then you never have to pay anything. But if you want to do a lot, the additional listings are very reasonable (200 for $14, 750 for $29 and 2500 for $69). Any that you buy never expire, so if it takes you three months to use them, then they will always be there AND you still get the 50 free every month. They also remove the listings from the other sites once they are sold. The designer is VERY responsive, they like input and are constantly improving it. Take a look at the video on their site. I honestly love this program. If you want to give it a try, sign up and use a couple of the free listings. If you want to give me some free listings, use: resellkit.app/?rc=79b48bfa I honestly have seen my sales double, until recently but that's because I purged about 50% of my inventory and haven't listed in awhile. Isabella gets a lot of sales on both Mercari and eBay. Let me know if you have any questions. ETA: Basically, you list on eBay then pull the info from eBay into whatever other platform you want, so if you only want some of the clothing on Poshmark, you simply select what you want from your eBay listings and then you choose poshmark and it will take you through their listing page, with most of the info already filled.
