Based on his bio above, it's safe to say I've never seen any of his movies, although I recognize many of the titles.

So sad we recently lost both Jim Steinman & Meat, who were both basically responsible for Bat Out of Hell, one of the top selling albums of all time. I think it's like #4. I was at a thrift last week & in the case at $10, they had a really beat up vinyl copy of Bat Out of Hell. I had to laugh, as there were literally 40+ MILLION of those in circulation. One of the least rare lp's of all time. It was so prolific, I imagine anyone could find a pristine vinyl copy for a buck or two. Sure enough the day after he passed, it's no longer there Someone got ripped off. He was much more prolific than people knew, he even sang on one of Ted Nugent's first albums. An immense man (not so much lately) with an immense talent! If you haven't checked out his daughter Pearl Aday, she's an amazing, rocking blues singer with her own band. She's also married to Scott Ian from Anthrax who makes some guest appearances.

Your point? Did he DESERVE to die because he didn't get a shot with unknown after effects, that doesn't stop you from getting the virus anyway? Was it NECESSARY to mention his personal choices, as if you know his reasons? Do you know if he had other medical issues? Do you KNOW what he actually died from? Geeesh............. Can't people just appreciate him for his talent?
I know, I know.............. comment removed.

My point was simply that we lost another one to COVID. I notice you didn't get upset when it was noted that Collin Powell died from COVID. Other celebrities have died from COVID as well. It's a simple observation and nothing more.

I love Howard Hesseman. He's been in some Hallmark and Netflix movies over the past few years.

My point was simply that we lost another one to COVID. I notice you didn't get upset when it was noted that Collin Powell died from COVID. Other celebrities have died from COVID as well. It's a simple observation and nothing more. I am sad for every unnecessary death, whether because of the unchecked violence happening around the country (especially to law enforcement,) accidents, depression (especially COVID caused depression,) child abuse, drugs, etc, and yes, human engineered viruses.
What is your point in pointing out Colin Powell specifically? I had complete & utmost respect for him as a decorated veteran. No matter his thoughts on the jab, his political affiliation OR his race, if that is what you were subtly alluding to. I don't look at every death notice in here as I only check in every once in a while. Just happened to notice Meatloaf as he was near the end of the list & it caught my eye because I liked his music & just read the comment. Just MY simple observation.
