A buyer bought two items, paid separately, and demanded a refund of the postage since I'm shipping them together. I can't find how to do that.

One one of the listings click on the title to bring up the listing itself. There should be area at the top with an option to View Order Details. Click on that, scroll down to Other Options and click on Send Refund. Select the reason (shipping discount) and the amount, review refund and submit.
