Sent an offer to a watcher and he purchased. He said it showed the offer price, but when he paid it reverted to the original price. I ended up giving him a partial refund.
I sent out several offer, but he's the only one who purchased, so not sure if this is a glitch or what. Just posted as an FYI for those of us who send offers to watchers.

He probably clicked off the offer and then didn't go back to it. I've done it myself when purchasing something, and once you've done it, you recognize what's happening. It's still available to click on, you just have to know to do it. I often go in to look at the listing again before I decide whether to purchase and then have to make sure I click on the offer amount. My seller made it right when it happened to me as well.

It's not a glitch, it's just very tricky. You have to follow the "one twoo path" to purchase & that's the only way you'll get the discount. I've experienced it as a buyer too & I tried 3 different ways to buy before it was the one that Ebay recognized the offer price on. I have ppl who buy on the wrong path ALL THE TIME, the good news is mostly they don't notice.
