Does anyone know a good website or place to authenticate Trifari jewelry? I really didn't know this was faked and not sure why I'm surprised that it is. I know a scrappy looking stamp is the only way I can kind of tell. Thanks for any help

Did they fake it? My mom had some pieces she won at Bunco years ago. I sold them a while ago.

I think it will be really hard to tell other than a shoddy stamp. You can't test the metal. I know people suggest finding the same piece in a catalog. I only see mine on Ebay so that's not much help. Most pieces are extremely cheap so that's why I'm having a hard time with the fact that it is faked. On the other hand, I know some can fetch a very high dollar but they're very rare!

I thought the older pieces were more valued? I learnt a little about Trefari when I was selling off a jewellery mystery box. I mostly remember it myself from being available at department store jewellery counters. The logo on the piece I sold was very clear and the craftsmanship was nice (Crown).

Fake Trifari, really? It was so mid-priced. I guess anything's possible, I just got accused of a fake Miss Elaine.
