I sent a necklace to a buyer who had bought a sweater and a sweater to the buyer who had bought the necklace.
The necklace buyer opened a case (my first one). I responded with what I had done and that I had contacted the buyer of the sweater and asked her to refuse the package since she had not received hers yet.
Now under the necklace in my sales it shows pending acceptance Under the sweater it shows "sent to wrong buyer".
What do I do now?

What case did she open? SNAD? Click return for refund.
Where does it say 'sent to wrong buyer'? I've never seen anything like that. I sent two different bikini bottoms in the same size to the wrong buyers. One of them said she didn't have the ass for that style and sent it back, I refunded. The other one said she like that one better and decided to keep it.

I think you will need to figure out how to actually talk to someone at Posh. These things happen, but they are a pain when they do!

deltas*delights This is a link I found on Google. The page I'm seeing has a button to report copyright issues, one for law enforcement, and one that says "Just want to chat?". I didn't get a chance to actually try the chat button though.

A seller shipped me shoes that were meant for someone else. We did everything just by posting under the item. The seller contacted Posh who sent me another label to ship it either to the buyer or to the seller - can't remember now.

Well I got a 5 star rating from the necklace buyer today and when I click on details I get this
"Sweater Small Cardigan Burgundy Crop Hippie Boho" and "Tortoiseshell Print Circle Pendant Necklace" were mis-shipped. We have sent new labels to each of the buyers for your two orders to ship the items to each other. Please check your email for further details.
Still showing shipped wrong item on the necklace buyer so she must not be in a hurry to return the sweater.
