I am not an artsy kind of person but I picked this up today on the local yard sale page. Hoping I can find out a value on it. I contacted the gallery on the back of it to see if I can find out if it is an original or what. Research shows he was in Seville Spain at the date near the signature. Looks like he’s style work and signature. Paid $50. Seeing prices all over the place.

Can't help you with the painting, but just an FYI, those stickers are usually for the Framers, not the artist. Hopefully you've found out more by now.

This is from the gallery up north that is cataloguing his work:
baronart (baronart@comcast.net) To:you Details Beth,
It is an early watercolor, as the signature is before 1900. It was painted in Spain or Latin America, showing a man selling groceries while riding a donkey. Other than that, i can't comment. Please send me the dimensions of the work...not the mat or frame. Thank you.
Lynne Pauls Baron
baronart (baronart@comcast.net) To:you Details I don't see the date....estimate around 1900. His signature changed about 1905.
