A kit I sent in in July had an estimated processing date of November. It got moved up to late October so I just checked, and it's been changed to January 23, 2021. That's just ridiculous.

No, it is winter items. I wrote them and asked them to process it sooner because the items will basically be out of season, but I haven't heard back yet.

I wonder if they've been hit by Covid like some of the USPS sorting centers who are running on reduced staff?

I'm beginning to think they've lost this bag. I sent a message to them about the time I started this thread, and the date got moved up to early December. It is now back to January 7. So I just wrote again and asked the date not be moved again or if that's not possible, would they kindly return the items to me.
They lost a bag of mine way back at the beginning, and I had a list of the things that were in it and they paid me what the items were worth. I'm not sure I have a complete list of this bag.
I know most people aren't using TU any longer but I just needed to vent!

Got a response that the bag cannot be located. They paid me $113 for it. That’s more than I’ve earned so far on the bag they did process (have only sold one thing out of about 10 items) so I’m ok with it. Of course I have the option of getting those other things back.

And now they have processed the bag they had lost. The potential earnings is $650 for 14 items they kept, half of which is a Carolina Herrera wool blazer. I forgot I had sent it when they gave me the $113 payout number, or I probably would have argued for a better payout. I sent them an e-mail to see how they will handle it now. I'd rather have the $650, of course, but chances are things won't sell anyway as most of the winter selling season is gone plus the pandemic. I do want the option to have some of the things returned to me since they have located the bag.
They listed a Ralph Lauren black label blazer for $26.99, and they said a Lauren Ralph Lauren cape is silk and cashmere, which I don't think is correct. I was only able to raise the price on the blazer to $69.99, but that's about what they are selling for on ebay.

Thredup allowed me to keep the $113, and I will still get the full payout for whatever sells. It sounded like if I had not already withdrawn the money, it might have been a different answer. I have to say that with every issue I have had with TU, I have not been unhappy with the way they handled it.
