I know most are not using TU anymore but here is their response to COVID19.
“Payouts for all sold items during this time will be issued 45 days after your item sells without being returned. We have temporarily extended our return policy to give our buyers more time to send in their returns. Payout amounts and consignment windows will remain unchanged. This payout delay is temporary and will return to the normal 14 days as soon as it makes sense.”
So the bag I sent in that has a potential of over $1K in payouts that was finished being processed like the day before we learned in Ohio that schools were closing has had only two things sell. (It was full of dresses that I thought would be great for Easter, but no one will be shopping for dresses for Easter obviously.). They have 45 days to return them but some of my stuff will only be listed for 60 says. I don't know if the clock starts over when it’s returned.
What a bummer. I really thought they would extend the time things were for sale.

So, they are penalizing the people who sell because they need money to offset the loss of work income. Great company there.

After an email like that, I'd be pulling my stuff from the site. Or not sending any new stuff in.

Sounds like robbing Peter to pay Paul. I was on the verge of trying them one more time, too.

I sent a bag that was processed on Feb 26th and so far I have earned $15.60 plus $4.97 pending of the 12 items left 10 were the higher priced ones, I doubt they will sell. I really thought they would extend them as well.
