I accepted an offer on an item yesterday, but I never got the email notice and it's not showing up under orders, so no shipping label. I can't see anywhere that she cancelled the order either. What should I do? Thanks!
I would hazard a guess she doesn't have a payment method set up, but I don't know if that's even possible. If it is possible to make an offer without a payment method, you would just need to wait until she gets it set up.
If there's a problem it comes up in a little yellow box and says the item will still be available for purchase, so if don't see it and click out, the message is lost. Sometimes the problem is cleared right away and other times it takes a while. Once in a while the individual ghosts, but not that often.
Glad that you figured that out! I got an email today on my Kidizen account that someone put a jacket into her cart. I wanted to send her a lower offer, and can't find it now! So maybe it was a mistake.
