So I'm not seeing anything that tells me why she only rated 4 stars. Am I missing something? I see the average # of stars has to be over 4.5 to be a posh ambassador but is there any other reason to be concerned it's only a 4 rating (other than customer satisfaction, that is)? It was a NWT Eileen Fisher item that was a little unusual so it could be that she didn't read carefully to know that it was mesh instead of a solid material (although the title said "linen mesh").

I've gotten 4 stars before and can't figure it out. One told me nothing and one said "packaging" even though I shipped her item in the same manner that I ship everything else, which usually gets great reviews. Maybe I didn't include the Holy Grail. I wouldn't worry about it.

I had measurements and size tag pics. Beyotch, please! I didn't make the durn thing! REALLY pizzed me off at the time, but I let it go...right after I blocked her!

No one sees it. I refuse to pretty them up anymore. Took too much time and didn't make a diff.

My thank you is just written on a piece of blank label paper scrap from when I cut off the bottom. I use that to tape the tissue. No one sees rating lower than 5 and you don’t have to maintain the requirements for ambassador. I think you have to be fraudulent to lose that.

My Thank You is the eBay free note cards with a "Thank You" sticker over the eBay name.

I have clothing tags printed at Vistaprint which say "Thank You" and has my closet name on them - I just circle barb them onto clothing.

I received something I purchased today that had two items in the listing, and she folded them and wrapped them with a yellow burlap "ribbon" tied into a bow. She also included a bangle bracelet and a make-up bag or something from a brand that I know but don't remember now (and didn't even open the package it was in) as well as a thank you note. My thought on the bow was "more for the landfill" since I don't see it being of use to anyone even if I donated it, and "more to donate" on the bracelet and make-up bag.
Also, she packaged it in a large flat rate box. I know PM has negotiated pricing, but do you think it covers flat rate boxes? Before I realized it was PM, I was thinking "oh, that poor seller is going to get hit with a huge price adjustment from the USPS; I should write to let her know".

Poshmark has a postal letter that allows flat rate packaging. It causes issues at post offices because we can’t expect postal employees to know the ins and outs of different platforms. Despite the note telling carries to not restrict delivery, it still happens.

The exclusion is printed on the labels now.
ETA: I just got a 4 for 'item cleanliness' - it was a new with tag jacket. I wasn't going to wash it (I didn't see any problems with it, either).

I get lower than 5 stars ALL the time. Just the other day I got 2 stars, stating I could improve "item cleanliness" in a brand NWT item in solid black denim... no idea. I don't care about the ratings. The beauty of Posh is that you truly are not penalized by low ratings. It's such a breath of fresh agar after ebay, where you can step on a landmine so many different ways and get screwed over a million different ways. On Posh they can rate me at negative 20 as long as they "accept" and I have my money. If there is a legitimate problem, I'll be happy to accommodate via the case, of course.

When I read in Facebook groups people agonizing about getting a case opened I just assume they haven’t sold anywhere else. Free returns for seller and buyer can’t be beat.

I have always had great buying experiences on Poshmark. Yesterday I received an offer and went to purchase. You have to go through the offer page to get the discount. It was a multi-quantity and each time I tried to buy the offer wasn’t applied. I wanted it and bought anyway. I contacted Poshmark support yesterday asking what happened. I just got a reply and a $6.79 posh credit. Very nice service.

I just had someone give me four stars because I didn't combine shipping on two items she had not bundled but purchased separately. She'd already gotten screaming deals but wanted more. I tried to tell her that you have to bundle BEFORE you check out, not after and I can't do anything about it, it was Posh who handled the money. At least she gave me 5 stars on the other, and stated clearly that 'the item was beautiful and a good value, but it would have been nice to have had the shipping refunded'. I think I've only blocked one or two people on PM since I started, but I blocked her because she appears to be very cheap on top of being kind of irresponsible. I have a lot of repeat business and don't want her doing something else dumb on me.

She should contact Poshmark. Last week I got a offer for a discount and discounted shipping. I did a rookie mistake somehow because when I clicked the offer, then chose the shade and checked out, I didn’t notice until the email came in that I paid full price and full shipping. I contacted Poshmark and they refunded the discount and they actually gave me all my shipping back. They nicely explained I had to purchase from the offer. I thought I did but maybe when choosing my shade I did something wrong.

Oh, I just left a note on her MTP saying that she had marked me down on the scarf but I couldn't refund her shipping, it was up to Posh, and to please bundle first and then check out, it would be much better and many poshers offered bundle discounts. I thanked her for her purchases. I don't want to suggest anything further as she's just a damned cheapskate, but if someone ever asks in future, I'll know.

I just got ONE star from "ghrkim", for a boy's Size M sweatshirt that is marked M, and my grandson wore it when he wore a size M. But she says it is a size 4. Poshmark doesn't care, but it is the principal. Her comments in "about" have complaints about her really bad low-balling.

This nice person actually revised to a 5!! I didn't ask her to and didn't expect it - I just wanted her to know that our hands are tied for combining shipping, and bundling is such a much better deal. I think she did it because I was as courteous as possible. I'd already unblocked her - I wasn't in the best of moods yesterday. But not as cranky as your buyer, denise15601
