I've seen pics on the internet where it looks like part of the pic was scribbled out with a marker. Can someone explain to me how to do that? I only have Microsoft Office 2010 on my computer. Is there a free program I can get to do that? Thanks!

Not sure exactly what you mean, but you can do stuff like that with paint and the built in photo editor in Win 10.

I thought Win7 had Paint - right click on the photo and see if that's one of the options to open it. Just choose your brush size and start scribbling.

Always do a Save as so you keep the original.
