When I click into my listing to send an offer, the gallery picture fills up the entire screen. Everything is gigantic-sized. It happened when I clicked on a listing in the feed also, so it's what buyers are seeing when they click on our listings. I hope it's a glitch and not on purpose as the pictures get fuzzy at that magnification.

I just clicked on some of your listings and they all look fine to me. Maybe a regional glitch?

Yeah, that was happening for me yesterday and again today. I am in PA. Will have to check the FB posts when I get time to see if there are complaints.

The desktop version is way too glitchy for me the past few days. A few people have been complaining that they are getting logged out then prompted to change their password but not getting the password re-set link emails. They are wondering how many buyers are having log-in issues and just saying forget it.

I just checked again and clicked on a picture of men's shorts, and all I see on my screen is his knees. Could be "worse" I guess.

Me too- I just went to check my listings & yours to see if they looked right from my desktop and got the reset PW message. I'm not gonna try to think up a new PW while on my 1st cuppa coffee. Can someone remind me why this is happening or is it just random?

I wrote them several times on this, and it's fixed! Getting through their level of customer service was frustrating as it took three emails, the last of which I essentially responded with "you are not hearing me, read my email". I didn't hear back, but it's fixed so I'm claiming some credit Seriously, I'm hoping it means their IT team is competent (whereas their initial support leaves a lot to be desired).

Heck-I didn't even notice it was fixed. I did learn to zoom the site down whenever I went to it. Nice that I don't have to do that anymore.
I have been fixing up the mess that happened thanks to Google Chrome (that I only used when Imgur didn't work). Chrome nicely took over my computer and changed my browser, so none of my sites registered back to me.
It is now gone and will be so forever.
