So just to make sure I haven't missed something that would make it easier to share other's listings, how do you guys do yours? Sorry for asking again as I could probably find it among all the poshmark discussion, but I'm being lazy and just asking again... TIA!

I just wrote on the other thread...for every follower I share as many of their items as they share of mine. For the new followers, I follow them and share one of their items. That is why I can't get caught up.

I share items of people who share mine. I also share from the feed. Periodically I go through new follows and follow them if they have closets. That's it.

Just to be clear, there is no way to share more than one at a time, correct?

No - it's one at a time. This prevents brute-sharing.

If I use a PC rather than a phone it doesn't take me that long to share. On a phone it seems to take forever.

Apparently you can buy into a bot to share automatically, but that could get you kicked off of Posh.

They relegate for 'over-sharing' then if the activity continues you get kicked off - the thing is, I've heard of sellers being warned when they've only been enthusiastic. I Don't know where that threshold is.

I follow people on my phone but share my closet from my laptop. I'm quite happy doing the grunt work myself instead of Posh having bots with pre-programmed criteria ranking listings for this & that. It all feels more 'organic' to me tho I'm sure that will begin to change once Posh goes public this fall.

I really agree with Retro on this. The lazy side of me wants to list it and forget about it. But I know that I have to be active on the site to be relevant.
My newbie strategy is to do a bit of sharing daily but ramp it up on Fridays and send out the offers on both Friday and Saturday. Take Sunday more casual.

I have a touch screen PC, which I never really use, but I tried it while sharing, and it seemed to go a bit faster. I don't have a tablet, but I'm wondering if that would do better. My PC is fairly large so a tablet would be easier to manage on my lap.

I have another question regarding sharing. When I share from other boardies' closets, often the same items are at the top of their page. Is that because you always share in the same order? I have been sharing mine in random order because I'd like different things to come up for sharing, but I don't know if I am wasting my effort or not. Are things shown in the order shared or in the order listed, does anyone know?

They are shown as the last item shared shown first. When I list a new item, the newer followers usually like that item since it shows up first. Not that they like it, it is just easier to share since it is first.

I watched a youtube video on the fastest way to share, and she said she uses an ipad and a stylus and does it from a browser rather than the app. She thought any tablet would work.
I noticed in her video that the "Shared Successfully" notice was not coming up. That notice delays me from doing my next share for about a second. Does everyone else get that notice, and does it interfere with your next share? The reason it interferes is that I need to click on the "To My Followers" link, and it is covered up by the "Shared Successfully" notice from the previous share for just a second, but that second is irritating as I can't speed up the process any. Just wondering if there is a way to turn that off, or if it doesn't come up in some browsers or if it's a recent development that wasn't happening when she created the youtube video.
She also gave a very good reason why we should share often. She said it's like ebay's promoted listings except you are not paying for them in $, you are paying for them in the time it takes to share them. If someone searches for a Lilly Pulitzer sleeveless top, and you have recently shared your LP top, your listing is going to come up high in their search. If you don't share it, it will still come up, but further down in the search results. I figure you all already know this, but it helped me to understand it better for some reason. More of a picture in my mind, I guess, so I thought I would share in case anyone else needs the motivation.
