For the last few weeks, I have not been getting any email notifications from Posh when something sells. I have to go into the listing on Posh to get the mailing label. I checked my settings and nothing looks changed. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you using an email client or web mail?

Are you using an email client or web mail? I don't know what those are. It just used to be when I sold something on Posh, they would send me an email that said it had sold, and I could download the label from that email. I am now getting nothing...no emails at all.

An email client is a program that downloads and organizes your email from the web browser, the other is actually accessing your email from the browser itself (webmail). The reason I ask is there are different ways to check to make sure the emails aren't bouncing depending on what you use. Have you checked your spam/junk folder? If stuff is going in there, then if you're using webmail, you want to make sure your settings haven't changed, or the actual email server hasn't changed their settings (I've had that happen more than a few times). If your posh emails are going to junk or not getting through at all, I would put Posh in your 'white list' (means not junk) in your webmail.
The reason I say to do this first is because we know what Posh will say "Clear your cookies, reboot blah blah blah" which they tell everyone!

I am not a techie at all (DD set up most of my computer stuff, if I have issues I usually scream for her! lol). I have Yahoo email. Nothing is in spam or trash. I'm just not getting anything from Poshmark. I can still get the label from my Solds there. I was just using the emails for my records.
BTW, Yahoo keeps switching my mailbox from their old view to the new view and back again. I wonder if that has anything to do with anything?

It shouldn't unless they have some kind of new obscure settings for the new mailbox. Unfortunately, I know nothing about Yahoo. I would see if putting poshmark on your white list helps - that should be a setting in your Yahoo mail - it's something that every ISP has. I use the Poshmark emails, too, because they also have alerts for offers, etc.
