I mean that isn't the same GucciVuittonPrada, etc. they're always pushing (designer stuff).
It's so quick to list there but I've been neglecting it and of course nothing is selling, but I'd be willing to put listings up there if it's worthwhile - I listed two coral items just now because they sent round the Pantone colour of the year email.

I haven't listed anything there in ages, but I did have one sale (DVF dress) in December.

I might just put some stuff up there because it's so quick, just to try to get a bit more exposure. They've made the listing faster.

I don't have a lot listed there but have sold several things for more than Poshmark-the stuff that sells does tend to be the standard mid range and up designer stuff. I don't like waiting for my money but a sale is a sale. I just threw a few more things up on Ebay and was already blessed with a lowballing reseller of the same items (books).

I have hundreds of items there and sell something fairly infrequently. But when I do, it's always for a better price than eBay or Etsy. Since they are forcing a minimum of 10% off to participate in their frequent sales, and I think you're buried if you don't participate, I mark things at least 10% higher than elsewhere. Remember that they have a high standard fee for anything selling lower than $50. I can't remember what it is but I don't put less expensive stuff there. I think it's good, if you have eclectic stuff, to sell on more than one or two platforms as different sites have different buyers that look for different things. Thus, one unsellable item at one place may be the cup o' tea at another. I've noticed that even with watchers.

I've had things double listed to both Poshmark and Tradesy-Poshmark will often garner watchers/lovers/likers.....but these buyers want everything fro next to nothing. Admittedly, several of my sold items were part of their sale-but even with free Tradesy shipping I do better profit wise than most Poshmark sales.

Most of the stuff I sell on Poshmark wouldn't go anywhere on Tradesy - I don't have much in the way of designer/high-end items, but I have a few high-middle range items I'll flomp on there. I've sold about 50-55 items there so far.

It's why I shuffle things through on Poshmark with offers, bundles, etc. - I have a lot of old stuff on there that has been selling. I tell people "I'm not running a museum here" lol.

I average 15 items a month there. You guys probably have a lot more up there than I do - I've let things dwindle to very little. The most I've had has been about 130 items there, and I sold maybe 3-4 items a month. It's good to hear others' experiences and thanks for sharing them! It appears that I simply need to have several hundred more items up there than I do, which makes perfect sense. I have to make some decisions - it's easy for me to spread myself too thin, but with closing down Etsy maybe I can pick up more on Tradesy. Thing is, I'm a kind of oddball niche seller so much of my merch won't really do well on a site that emphasizes higher dollar, better labels like you guys have, or the designer stuff that they're constantly emailing me about. And forget vintage. This all gives me food for thought. @all4saleny - it's Tradesy.

@all4saleny , you can see which topic the thread is posted on by looking at the white strip below the 'virtual sellers club'. It is posted under other selling venues> Tradsey.
I've been lost on a few threads also.

For the past few weeks I've had greater response/sales on Tradesy (opposed to Ebay and Poshmark). I do receive requests for discounts which sometimes pan out. Overall, lowballing on Poshmark is worse. I had a lowballer on Tradesy and yesterday same item sold for more than I countered the aforementioned bargainer. Then I had another decent sale. Hate waiting for the $$ but worth it in the long run-better than pennies on the Poshmark dollar and I don't have to share until my fingers (and psyche) get calloused.

I have 'posh hand' - 30 years of pounding a keyboard at 130 WPM copy editing and writing gave me no problems at all. 5 months of poshing and I have tendinitis on the back of my right hand including a swollen tendon that's kind of obvious. Cripes, and I'm only at about 50% of suggested self-shares per month! It's a huge time suck, but my sales are OK.
Someone there wrote me and said I should list my kimono on Tradesy or eBay - haven't bothered with eBay but I might try that on Tradesy. I have at least 80 kimono to sell.

It's free to list on Tradesy so why not? They are now always leaving everything on "sale." So factor that in.
