I've made a few decent sales since I went back on Tradesy-I do not have much listed and many I do not make a killing on...............however, a sale is a sale and a few $$$$.
But I have a smattering of followers and I only follow one (which I do not recall following). Do you think it matters there? Like (exhausting) Poshmark? But I'll be happy to follow other Tradesy sellers here if it matters:)

chapeaunoir Yes, I do think it matters. The most successful sellers will always have tons of followers. When you share your own stuff, it is seen by your followers who in turn share it to their followers. The more you have, the more will be shared, so your item is "out there" more. I know I am selling a lot more now than a year ago when I only had 10K or so followers. Ugh, sorry, I think we were talking about Posh, so my reply applies to Posh. No Tradesy it doesn't matter in my opinion. They just do not have enough of a social aspect for it to matter.

I total believe you on the posh sharing, which is why I'm so diligent, especially since all of my stuff isn't instantly "poshable" although a surprising amount of my oddball stuff does sell there. I figure all the time invested now sharing-sharing-sharing will pay off.
Good to know about Tradesy - it's been an age since I've sold anything on there, and I've never sold much - maybe $1.5k worth of stuff (about 50 items). I just don't have time to list there and am going to close my closet.
