I think it's a nice set, nice weight. Obviously worn. The box it was in is shown, making me wonder if it is indeed older. "Jewels by Bogoff" is printed on the satin inside, and research shows founded in 1940 and closed in the early 60's. I was told the set was always in this box? Anyhow...
Both pieces are marked MONET with no copyright symbol, but that seems to be with some more current pieces as well (like 1990's+) The clasps are also unusual, and the bracelet has a keeper chain that I don't see on many current costume pieces.
I am trying to do my due diligence! But I know so little about jewelry....

If the signature has no (C) copyright sign then it is probably before 1955. It would be fine to call it midcentury 1940's-50's, I think.

Three strand layered, foxtail chains and chunky curb link chain center. Foldover clasps with fancy design.
