I'm down one 3.5 lb flat cut brisket. I was making 2 and put one in the pressure cooker. Left the other unattended for one minute to go grab my phone.
I returned to the kitchen and one missing hunk of raw (only quickly seared) meat disappeared from the cutting board on the counter.
The worst part: Sasha (105 lb Pyrenees mix) did not share with Diamond (53 lb. boxer).
Then the cat puked on my comforter:(

My outdoor kitty (he was an indoor kitty for 13 years but always snuck out so we gave in) has decided he is too good to poop in the grass. He now poops on my carport! So nasty. He has always pooped in inappropriate places (which is another reason he is now an outdoor kitty). His favorite spot was the kitchen floor.

Delta you need a pooper scooper:) My dogs eat cat poop:( then kiss me. Diamond never did but decided if it was good enough for Sasha....................
Both dogs were rescues-we got Diamond when she was 3.5 yrs old-the first time I left her alone there was poop everywhere: couch, doors, my son's tall bureau. I called the rescue to ask how she got it all the way on top of a bureau:(
Then she ate a box of 64 count carrel crayons, counter surfed and ate a box of chocolate croissant, and chewed the lid off a bottle of vitamins (and ate them s far as her tongue would reach.

We had a Black Lab named Lady. She had the run of the house and we had never NOT trusted her alone when we went somewhere. DH and I went somewhere one evening and when we came home, there was Lady, sitting in the middle of the kitchen floor (sheet vinyl, remember that stuff??), which she had just turned into confetti!! (Our theory) She had found a teeny tiny rip from where I had moved the refrigerator and proceeded to SHRED the floor. When we opened the door, she was sitting there with a piece of the floor in her mouth, wagging her tail. She was just SO proud of what she had done.
TBH, I hated that floor and was so happy to get a new one! Yay Lady!!

No doggies here. I want one, a tiny one, but Wesley has put his foot down. Grumpy old thing wont' even let me foster kitties, he's afraid I would get too attached and want to keep one. As it is we have 3 cats. Riley(15 1/2) the tabby pooper who lives outside, B.B., (8) my mean, gorgeous,s fat and fluffy tuxedo kitty who will only let me touch her, and lets me hold her for very short periods of time, and Chloe, the baby who is about 1 1/2 years old and is into everything. She's another tabby. Still missing my 21 year old kitty Sampson. I got him when I was 29 and had him til I was 50. Best. cat. ever. He thought he was a puppy and just wanted love 24 hours a day.

Periwinkle licks Gypsy's butt. I guess you could say they've gotten used to each other...

Must be nice. Trixie is trying to kick Toby's butt.

Trixie needs an attitude adjustment. Toby is too sweet to do that.

We are working on that. I've been using the water bottle all day. I found the setting that squirts long distances She's not happy with me.

I couldn't help but notice she wasn't wearing a seat belt. But I thought the video was hysterical!

I hate videos like that. Kids are cruel and she’s no doubt going to be teased about it. There’s a tiny chance that she was ok with it being posted (doubt it), but not everything needs to be shared publicly, especially by parents as they are laughing at her.

I had a labrador, Nomad, eat our sofa and loveseat. He literally shredded all the fabric and pulled out whatever fluff was in there. He did this within hours of all of us leaving out of state. Our neighbor came over to check on things and found the mess. sunsetpainter I didn't like that sofa either. Good boy, Nomad!! ha And Ernie our cat. He's a stray that I acquired. Let's just say - there is very little that will gross me out anymore concerning this cat. He's a serial killer on our property and the neighbor's acreage as well. But he's a lover. He's an all black cat - kind of looks like a small panther with big eyes.

I used to have an American Eskimo dog. I came home one day when he was still a puppy and he'd gotten into the closet and destroyed a pair of purple pumps. I just looked at him and asked him what the heck was I going to wear with my favorite purple floral dress? Few weeks later I come home and find he ate part of the aforementioned purple floral dress. I just looked at him and laughed and told him at least that solved the shoe problem I also replaced the doorknob on the closet door after that

That kid is WAY too old to be grizzling like that. I think she's milking it.
The most disgusting our cats get is catching their prey and devouring it on our front stoop - we find intestines. Ugh. I tell the DH he has to go out and clean up that mess (they're technically his cats, they were living with him when we got married) lol. I swear, they eat everything else - heads, legs, etc.

When I was a kid, we had a terrier mix dog that used to go kill snakes and bring them to my mom ("Look! I brought you a present!!") My mom is deathly afraid of snakes, dead or alive! lol

The craziest/funniest thing a pet did was steal a corn cob. This cat loved carbs. He would steal rolls, bagels, pretty much any bread or cake. Anyway, after dinner one night the table was cleared. There were a couple of corn cobs on the plates. They were going to be put in the trash can. Before that could happen the bread bandit had grabbed one of the corn cobs. I chased him and called out for the ex to catch him. Ex was too busy laughing at the sight of this cat running through the house with the corn cob in his mouth.

I WANT the cat in this photo! So gorgeous! Anyone know what kind it is?

Worst thing any of my cats has ever eaten would be the plastic strip that covered the adhesive on a polymailer. We'd only had Lola for a week, my previous cat didn't get into any of my Ebay stuff. Lola, being a 6 month old kitten and new to the house, was fascinated by EVERYTHING. I turned my back for a moment while packing up a sale, heard *krinkle-krinkle* and saw her running off with the plastic in her mouth. So I zoomed off to the emergency vet where they induced vomiting.
I've been exceedingly careful with packing supplies since then.

When my Lola (boxer) was a puppy she had a thing for digging-ant holes were her specialty but she also had a fondness for fabric-she dug a hole right through my bedspread (and mattress) within minutes. Then she dug a hole through the arm of my oversized upholstered sofa. It was an impressive hole too. Thank God for slipcovers!

We had her many years ago and at the time I had just gotten 2 new pair of Coach slides: one black and one brown. She ate one of each. Couldn't even eat a matched pair.

I clean up cat puke or hairballs several times a week. For whatever dumb reason i bought a shaggy white area rug for the bedroom which is not fun to scrub or I'm washing it out of bedding, etc. One night one of them courteously upchucked right in the bathroom sink. Man i wish they would all do that all the time.

The hairball treats work pretty well. Is there hairball food or a natural supplement ? If i catch Squirrel and she looks like she's going to puke I put her on the floor (better than my bed). She likes being brushed but it doesn't really work for removing all the excess fur. She likes to sleep in the sink sometimes and my Pyrenees mix goes in the tub-scared the daylights out of me one night when I went in to the bathroom:)

Made a remarkable difference with my cats. Plus they liked it.
