I'm sure this is a long shot. But anyone ever heard of a vintage dinner ware / serving plate maker named Andre P (something) from Chicago?

I have this and can't figure out the label. Thank you!

The signature is similar to Andre Ponche, but it doesn't look the same and I can't find any of his pieces in the style of yours:
